History

We were founded in San Antonio, Texas in August of 2019. Our founder Dylan J. Boone started his construction career in Georgia in May of 2013 as a project team member to a regional construction firm as part of a college internship program.

Dylan became a project team member and site superintendent for a start-up construction company that same year; later working his way up to Director of Operations in 2016. During his time at this firm, Dylan managed a wide range of both residential and commercial renovations and new construction before parting ways to become a partner in JM Murray Construction, a builder/developer on the East Coast. While with JM Murray Construction, Dylan helped grow the firm from a builder/developer on the east coast of Georgia into the regional entity it is today, operating in Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. While with JM Murray Construction, Dylan worked on new spec and luxury home construction, as well as complex commercial finish outs (renovations) for businesses not wanting to stop operations to complete construction. Unique Commercial Projects included: Collapsed CVS Drive Thru Reconstruction, Auto Performance Shop Renovation (14,000sf+) - while continuing business operations, Private Airline Hangar Renovation without losing a flight, and Bank Remodels. He also specialized in Complex Metal Building Erection and Interior Finish Outs for Professional Offices, Restaurants, and Gyms.

Today, as the Owner and Operator of Boone Built Solutions, Dylan focuses our main line of business on the logistically complex commercial renovations and remodels - the hard stuff; The projects that make you think, all while providing your business with the simple solution to the complex problem to empower your own mission, and bottom line.
