CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Here at Boone Built Solutions, our Construction Agent Management or Construction Manager at Risk project delivery is very similar to our Design + Build project delivery. The difference is that as your Construction Manager, we act as your representative for the entire project lifecycle. We effectively become a member of your operations team to take your problem and develop a value engineered solutions for your business.
As Your Construction Manager at Risk, we consult through the design and engineering phase, then present a Guaranteed Maximum Price or GMP. This is a cost we promise not to exceed for your project, or are at risk for financial completion. With this method, you get the collaboration of Design + Build until construction, then more of Traditional General Contractor Experience from Construction through Completion.
As Your Construction Agent Manager, we act as your representative to strategically manage and communicate between parties during your project lifecycle. Consulting on your team from the design phase, through completion, and even facility management. You pay each vendor directly; eliminating risk markup from a traditional general contractor and allowing total control for your project and timeline.
